Fantastic experience: If you are reading this, don’t waste your time with any other private investigators. I had a fantastic experience. I was working on taking someone to small claims court. They quickly gave me much needed advice, and worked with me on a solution to my issue. Fantastic knowledge, customer service and great pricing! Negative experience: Brett Bittner discriminated against me all because I have a criminal record. He told me he would locate the search as a favor because of my situation, he had me jump through all kinds of hoops send certified documentation pictures of me and my children just for him to tell me no! Instead of keeping his word as a man when I offered unnecessary information and told him everything he needed to know. He decides to go back on his word that he made several times to say hey I think I'll call the other party and give him a call and ask him if it's ok that I give mom the address. What did you absolutely think I needed you for if that were possible?? Brett lead me on for several weeks waiting for him to respond to my request. He wouldn't even answer my calls even after I explained everything to him and he gave me his word that he would help me. I had to call him blocked just for him to admit that he is discriminating against me! Like bro just do what you said you would and stop trying to make it seem like your hollier than thou and complete the mission. I just wanted to serve other party with court paperwork but I will most definitely will not ever refer this man(hypocrite) to no one and for damn sure will never come back for business all because I have a criminal record!!?? But he already knew that!! Thank God there's more where that came from he just won't be apart of my testimony!

Fantastic experience: I personally would recommend CIS investigative services to anyone in need of a professional and very thorough investigator. I contacted the firm when I needed help with an investigation that involved child custody. The results were beyond expected and due to the diligence and investigative methods of CIS investigation firm I was able to present the findings to the court in my favor winning me sole custody of my child. Investigator Brett Bittner was very easy to communicate with and kept me a part of every aspect during the investigation. I would use his services again without question in regards to matters that require the best and most professional standards of private investigation conduct and results.
