Negative experience: Bad experience
Mr. Cardona who is illegal in this country and does not understand English(that well) was explained prior to him hiring us of how investigations work, and what we can and cannot do. He claims he understands English, but it appears he does NOT. If this was the case we could of had one of our Spanish speaking investigators present. We also make ALL our clients read(in English) and sign a contract, which stipulates all the terms of our service, which he did. As you can see from his review his grammar is NOT the best and it is unfortunate that he did NOT understand our services and how we operate. We attempted to contact him several times, to rectify this situation, only to receive his voice mail in Spanish. At JL & Associates, Ltd we value every customer. With over 65 years of combined service experience our former Federal, State And Local investigators take pride in the results and manner all investigations are conducted. Its hard to please everyone we service but we do try.

Fantastic experience: I was very reluctant to call a private investigator to find out what my spouse was up to. So I called many of them, all with different rates. When I spoke to an investigator at JL & Associates I could tell and felt that he could really assist me with my request. I then hired them. Not only did they do an excellent job, they were very patient and compassionate with my situation.
