Advanced Technology Investigations, LLC

Negative experience: On April 18, 2024, I signed a contract with Advanced Technology Investigations, LLC to do a comprehensive Analysis on my Cyber Identity Theft Incident for $1,700.00. $1,200.00 was for the Cyber Incident Report and a Forensic Analysis of my computer and phone to remove any spyware. I paid an additional $500.00 for ATI to handle all contacts and follow thru with all pertinent Law Enforcement Agencies on my behalf. When I called on May 17, 2024 for an update, David Shelton advised me “for the first time” that unless I suffered a “Substantial Financial Loss”, Law Enforcement would most likely do “Nothing”. I then asked David for reimbursement of the additional $500.00 I paid for this service. He advised that I would have the $500.00 by the end of the following week. When he didn’t send the $500.00 as promised, I reached out to him again and he has neither responded nor delivered as promised. And I have not heard anything from any Law Enforcement Agency! Please be advised that unless you have suffered a Substantial Financial Loss, hiring a Cyber PI will be of no benefit to you. Linda Beeler, June 3, 2024
