Negative experience: Disappointed I wasted $100 on a appointment. I emailed before I ever made a appointment. That I needed a witness questioned. They make the appointment just to tell me.No one's going to admit to a crime. even though she's not the one who committed the crime.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best anywhere! They also do criminal defense investigations and can be appointed by the court along with your court appointed attorney

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed...DO NOT HIRE!!! I did a better, more thorough job myself than he did and it cost me $7,000! Mr. Conner even got an extra $300 from me because he said i didn't mod pay him!!! His door has a slot for mail and I put the money in an envelope and put it on the mail slot and he proceeded to call and say he did not receive it! Also went out with him the only night we did and his second camera did not work (the batteries weren't charged) however I was still charged! His first initial meeting was good and then it was downhill from there! Again, my opinion is DO NOT HIRE! He is not worth the money you have to spend!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Disappointed after paying $3k This was a custody case. I started with minimum $1k down and I wish that I had stopped there with only the GPS tracking. 2k more for rushed pictures 2 PI following with random pictures for 5 hours but no summary of their observation that cost extra. The GPS let me sleep know they had not crossed state lines.
