Fantastic experience: I took several classes with Officer Sacco 2 years ago. I was at the range today and for a brief moment as I lowered my weapon from the target I had my finger still on the trigger. I immediately heard Pat Sacco yelling in my ear, “if you are not on target your finger should not be on the trigger, no excuses”. When the conversation is about the safe operation of firearms Verdad knows the truth. If you want training that will keep you and others safe with skills that will be there when you need them, Pat is your man!

Negative experience: So rude and disrespectful unprofessional and at the same time, this is a bad and the worst security company ever. My experience today was so horrible and trying to reach out to this company while you speak to them nicely and respectful they treat you like you’re nothing and they don’t care about you

Negative experience: Owner was very unprofessional over the phone and was very rude when I asked about some specifics listed on the website about a pistol permit course.

Fantastic experience: Verdad does an excellent job with instructions of how to properly handle and shoot. He keeps it fun and comfortable with an eye for safety and proper protection. Will use their service again. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Extremely rude and unprofessional. Their customer service was terrible, not sure how they are still in business.
