Negative experience: I wouldn't even rate this company 1 star. They couldn't even pick up the phone during normal business hours. Let alone return a call left on their voicemail. With what I'm trying to find out, I would've paid out the behind. But since my experience with this company, I'll take my business elsewhere. I'm not asking for responses or opinions. I'm aware of how I've been handled.
