Fantastic experience: Amazing Service

Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency International. Being from small country towns I must admit the big city makes us a bit uneasy. Trying to stay on top of things I figured I'd check on my SUV periodically. It seems from most hotels I've been to u see security at the front door n that's the only place u see them, soaking in the ac, or enjoying the heat. However I was so pleased to find security constantly patrolling the parking lot. After my 3rd time out I couldn't believe security was still marching around the grounds n gave me the conference of knowing my vehicle was bring well looked after. I slept well knowing Pedro Guerra was on point. He was very respectful when I approached him to ask his name. I'd like to thank Main Security for placing him there . Because of him both my wife n I had a wonderful visit to the big city.

Negative experience: Called for some advice and was hung up on. It sounded like the woman was driving and I couldn’t call back because she sent me straight to voicemail. Couldn’t leave a message because the voicemail box was full. Most incoherent and pathetic excuse for a company. It wouldn’t surprise me if it’s a coverup operation for some illegal businesses. Terrible communication if you can’t say that over the phone and just hang up on people. Still 1 star

Fantastic experience: Main Security was the best choice we made when hiring a security company. Bernard was excellent to work with and went over and beyond with personal service to make sure our needs were taken care of. In today's age of crime it's nice to know that our guests were safe when the main security team was on site. If you are looking for a security company I highly recommend Main Security.
