Iowa Process Service

Negative experience: I have not been paid for several serves that I did for them more than six month ago. They have lied to me about payment and are not returning my calls.

Negative experience: Do not do business with them. I did two service jobs for them this year and they have yet to pay. Voicemail is full, no response to emails. Not affiliated with any process serving associations and when I looked up the pi number listed in the email, it's not active. Appears they have created another LLC variation. SCAM ALERT!

Negative experience: Did 4 services for them back in January, sent invoices, several emails and phone messages of which they will not respond and have not made payment. Would never do business with this company.

Fantastic experience: Iowa Process Service is always a pleasure to work with. They are professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they communicate clearly if ever there is an issue or a question. They are the only process servers you need!

Negative experience: This company is very expensive, and slow. My aunt ended up using them on a family matter- they charged $75 and ended up just posting and mailing. A competitor- Absolute Serving, was used for the preceding service- not only was the other company half the price- but they got the door open and didn't further delay the matter. I do not recommend IPS at all.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time to use Iowa Process Service as I'm in Alabama and don't have to have many things served in Iowa. They did same-day service without any problems, emailed service information promptly, and allowed me to have my documents produced to their office. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I am the Exec Dir of the Iowa Landlord Assn, and when our members don't have a preference for a professional server, we always refer them to our Vendor Partner, Iowa Process Service. Unlike what some may think, they are NOT attorney's and not licensed to practice law. Jen S. apparently did not know that once you supply the docs, it's their job to serve them, unless you give them explicit instructions of the "serve not before" or "serve not after" dates. Everything has to be done very timely with the Iowa Judicial System for regulatory compliance, and not every process server will knock themselves out jumping through hoops as does IPS. They usually save our members several days, and time is money! I therefore rate IPS top notch!
