Negative experience: Fred Myers Attorney Process Services, are supposed to be unbiased deliverers, but he has lied to Police Officers to forcibly process service on Trust property by telling the public servants that the beneficiaries of the Trust property, who had nothing to do with the matter he served, were dangerous. So the public servants known as the incorporated city of Lonoke, came to this Trust property, with attitudes, and guns, to force service on the beneficiaries, a document that they knew nothing about, nor had anything to do with. He convinced the public servants to harass the elder beneficiary and her grandchildren at the property. According to the eldest grandchild who is a beneficiary to the property, the public servants of the corporate city of Lonoke, walked all over the property. The corporate city of Lonoke, on January 8th, 2018, admitted to the Trustee, in their department, that they did not have a warrant, nor a complaint, nor did they have a valid reason for being on this property. The public servant stated repeatedly, according to the Trustee, that they were doing service of process. They also stated that Mr. Myers convinced them to run the vehicle tags for every vehicle on the property and still, they admitted that they were convinced that the beneficiaries were dangerous. The beneficiaries to this property had nothing to do with the matter that Fred Myers tried to forcibly deliver. According to the Elder beneficiary, Fred Myers was disrespectful to her deceased Father and he told her that she was responsible for the delivery of the documents that he threw on her porch. Fred Myers also admitted to unlawfully videoing the beneficiary without her consent which is a misuse of her likeness. Fred Myers also misrepresented himself by stating that he was sent by the Attorney General. She will receive a complaint against Fred Myers. Fred Myers purposely tried to endanger the beneficiaries at this property with his lies. One of the public servants also made comments about " Black" Men being shot in the back is "Fake News", this statement made the Trustee think that he would shot her or the beneficiaries because he just seemed to be mentally unstable. I am the Trust protector of this property. Fred Myers and his subordinates are hereby being requested to stay away from this Trust property with their ignorance.
