They not only cover the St. Louis area, but they've also obtained service for us in southern Missouri. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

Fantastic experience: Full disclosure: I fix their computers and network. This is family run business who work closely with a variety of law firms to help win cases. The owners are honest and caring and they expect only the best from their staff.

Negative experience: Super unprofessional. Are rude to clients behind their backs and extremely unloyal to their employees. Use a different company if you can.

Fantastic experience: I've been using Frederick Investigations for almost 5 years, often 20-30 times per year. They are by far the most professional and easiest investigative agency I've worked with in my career, and I've probably worked with 10 in the area. The staff is sharp and John is never hard to reach if you need further help.

Negative experience: I used this company for a short time. Once I questioned two different double billings, first they refused to respond, then they ceased providing services. They were very expensive as it was. I would used a different company if I were you.
