Negative experience: The guy that answers the phone is very, very rude! My son called to try to get his property out of the car that got repossessed then my son couldn’t understand what the guy was saying cause he mumbles. The guy hung up on my son because my son kept asking him to repeat himself. So my son waited until the next day and called again and he was rude so my son just hung up. I called him I couldn’t understand him and had to keep asking him to repeat himself. Then he told me it would cost $100.00 to get our stuff out of the car. So I told him that was a rip off that we just want to get our sh.. out of the car then he says now that will be $150.00. So I hung up. I then emailed to see if maybe that would be a better way to communicate and no response. So I called again he answered and started yelling about it being after hours and they are closed til Monday and he hung up on me. So it has been hell to get our belongings out of the car. He treats us as if we’re dirt just cause the car got repossessed, my son lost his job due to the COVID-19 and he tried to find something else. The guy complains about bothering after hours but it was in the middle of the night when they took the car, no knock, no notice from the bank. Nothing but now we have to buy our own things back? I don’t recommend these people at all for any kind of business even the Napa business if it’s in the same company. The only reason I gave a star cause they don’t allow you to just write a review. So I give a negative 5 stars!

Negative experience: Saying that this company and it's owner, Isaac Johnson, are a complete sham would be giving them too much credit. I am honestly not sure if Mr. Johnson has the mental capacity to intentionally fraud customers, rather that he is just that incompetent. Do yourself a favor and speak with a few local businesses before using this company. Unfortunately I did so too late, but the feedback from locals was so negative (and in line with my experience) that I felt compelled to warn others.

Fantastic experience: Nice work

Negative experience: Worst people ever to have to deal with! They honestly seem like they want to hold your vehicle as long as they possibly can even when its been released. It took 5 days to get back even though it was released not even 24 hours later. Definitely shady and have no Morals or Business ethic.

Fantastic experience: Had them here last night really not bad guys they just had a job to do very friendly

Negative experience: Worst service I have dealt with . It felt as if they where purposely holding my car so they could make more money on daily lot fees. When I finally was able to get my car, it was still on a trailer. There "office" is a double wide trailer.
