Fantastic experience: Roger and the rest of the gang at Getz Investigations really know their stuff. My experience with the the group was overwhelmingly positive. I'd been searching for a certain family member for decades, and finally decided to hire a P.I. Roger listened to my story, and he was honest about the possible results (and equally honest about the possibility of not being able to find the person after all avenues were exhausted). He was "cautiously optimistic', but he was also real with me. That goes a long way. He also quoted me the retainer up front, and explained that if we found this person before all the tools he had at his disposal were used, I'd get a refund for the rest of the amount. I came in for an interview, sent him the documentation I had at my own disposal. Then I prepared to wait. Luckily he happened to have some desk-time between some bigger cases. Within the space of a weekend, he'd managed to find the family member, and initiated contact. I don't want to get too far into personal details, but as it turns out, I'm very lucky to have found the family member when I did. Another month or two would've been too late. I couldn't believe how focused and accurate Roger and his team were. Now, not every case is like mine, and each case has its own variables and circumstances. But I can definitely vouch for Roger's professionalism, discretion, capability, and dedication. He hadn't used all my retainer in his search, so he was preparing to write me a check for the remainder. I asked him to keep the rest as a tip- and it was quite a lot of money. THAT'S how good Getz Investigations is at their job. 10/10 very satisfied- would recommend to anyone willing to spend a fair amount for tangible results.
