Negative experience: I needed to get my fingerprints sent in for a background check for a professional license application that I was submitting to Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. I got them done at Glenbard Security February 1, 2024. Around February 22, 2024, I noticed that the IDFPR portal had my fingerprints as failed/rejected. I contacted GS and they assured me that they did submit my fingerprints, but the proof they initially sent me was someone else's application. They committed a data breach because they sent me another applicant's personal information, social security, date of birth and everything in a non encrypted text message. Secondly, they never submitted my fingerprints at all. They took my money and didn't fulfill their services. They are frauds. Do not waste your money and time!!
Good Evening. We are sorry that you experienced a problem with your fingerprints. Ref this, your fingerprints were submitted immediately upon taking them on 2/1/2024. I am happy to show you proof, should you contact us back. To provide context, your fingerprints were initially submitted to both the FBI and State of IL. We received a response from the State of IL that the reason for your fingerprint submission was not authorized for FBI response. We changed this at the States request on 2/5/2024 and re-submitted them. We were provided acknowledgement of your fingerprints being accepted by the IL State Police on 2/5/2024. You followed up by saying that your prints were rejected (which was not the case on the government’s end) and we again resubmitted them, even though we did not have to. Additionally, you were not charged anything for the resubmission. Throughout the whole process, our fingerprint technician was constantly in contact with you, even reached out to you to check how things were going on your end (as our text message thread will show). We have not heard any follow up from you since 4/2/2024, until this Google Review was posted, and you submitted a chargeback. We have since tried to reach out to you for a status on how we could help, with no response. We reached out to the State again today and they stated the transaction was successfully processed on 2/5/2024. We are more than happy to resolve this with you, should you reach out. Fantastic experience: I just took the 16 hour CCL class this weekend. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was very informative and enjoyable. The instructors were great. I highly recommend Glenbard Security for anyone interested in acquiring their CCL or interested in taking any other courses that they offer.

Fantastic experience: We had an incident in our office in which we required security. Glenbard was one of the only companies around that had people available for our needs. The guards we very professional and courteous and made everyone in the office feel safe. I would reccomend them to anyone in need of a security guard.
