Negative experience: Talk to owner and he said he could relate to my case as he was going through the same thing. He seems like an outstanding guy but was supposed to send me a contract to sign and never received anything, I have tried to contact him multiple times by text message and phone call and he will not return my calls. Update, after contacting him and telling him that I would be more than happy to take the review down if he would just communicate and do the job as asked, he informed me that because I left a review he will treat future customers differently because of my actions. I don't believe that there is any reason he could not have communicated with me, as I'm sure his telephone was still working. I don't recommend for any father's looking for help with custody issues to use his services. My apologies.
Hi, owner here. So not only did I offer you a substantial discount when I could relate to your case, but I was clear that I could not start until next week. I also informed you I would be out of state for a wedding this weekend. Instead of waiting to hear back (because I'm at a wedding like I told you) you go online to post my first and only bad review in the past decade of work in this industry. Fantastic experience: I’ve never personally used this company’s services, but I can vouch for the integrity of the owner. I was stranded late at night with car trouble and he stopped and helped me! He was very polite and figured out my car issue immediately. It was such an honorable thing for him to do and I really feel like I could trust him if I ever ran into problems again.
