Negative experience: These people will destroy your life.. please I beg of you do NOT use them.. go ANYWHERE else. They'll comment on my post and say the same thing to ant bad comments. Do your research

Negative experience: I would choose your company but everytime you get a bad review you just say "we never performed services for this person." Clearly a sketchy company... I'd drive 2 days for a better service than yours. Dw people... they never performed services for me. Use at your own risk. Just a word of the wise :) gl

Negative experience: I myself did not hire Mr. Pero so I cant speak to his qualities if he is your hire...however I can speak to his qualities when he is the one investigating you...I had an uncle pass away and long story short one of Mr. Pero's associates left paperwork at my house Nov 9th of this year...Mr Pero called the morning of Nov 10 to tell me "This is a positive call, nothing but a positive call" and proceeded to tell me that the form I needed sign (with great urgency mind you) was freeing the property so it could be sold (Freedom from obligation were his exact words) and the proceeds distributed among the heirs once the remaining leins were paid. Mind you he wasnt promising me that the heirs were receiving funds but that is how the process would play out if there was a surplus after the liens were paid. So I signed this document believing this was the case. When I spoke to the Marinosci Law group (who basically refused to tell me anything), I was shocked to hear that by signing that document (which didnt seem to be worded that way) I was actually giving up any and all interest in the property. The lawyer I spoke with flat out said "I have no idea why he told you that." So I feel that I was lied to on several levels and have no recourse because I signed the form. There may be more to this that I am not aware of but when people wont tell you anything you can only go on the facts you have. So the takeaway on this is Mr. Pero's company is probably great if you hire them, however be weary and do your due diligence if you are being investigated by him and he tells you anything because it may not be the complete and total truth (leaving details out that someones needs to make a decision is lying)...to be fair maybe that is what the Marinosci Law group told him to say but that doesnt make it any less unethical

Fantastic experience: Jim was really professional and helpful. He really listens to you and has allot of compassion for your situation. I also think that he's very reasonable and not trying to take advantage of anyone. I highly recommend him
