Fantastic experience: I had a rare criminal defense issue and had to battle in court to protect my reputation and freedom against defamatory slander, experienced many hate crimes against my family & I, assault, theft- identity & personal items, property damage, residence break ins, constant gang stalking, corruption, and abuse of power by many individuals who are friends and associates of a former local employee/stalker that continued for 6 years with no end in sight. UNTIL I was introduced to Eddie Frankum-Halo Private Investigators. Anyone that has experienced being stalked by a stranger or anyone for that matter, knows that the nature of stalking is that the predator cannot control their urge to purse. It is terrifying! I alerted local enforcement and government agencies that are supposed to help in matters such as mine. I was completely ignored, and actually the focus reversed onto me where I was gangstalked, bullied, faced continuous slander and defamation of character that resulted in losses of corporate contracts/income, car accidents, severe disabling injuries, and escalated organized hate crimes against my family and I. I was introduced to Eddie Frankum by my Lawyer who surrounds herself with Legendary experts, and Eddie was exactly that. I am a very Type A personality in business matters with high standards mixed with extreme trust issues, trauma and PTSD due to all that was allowed to happen to me while I was just existing, going to work, catering to needs of family members with severe health issues. Eddie stepped in to aid my Legal Team by getting down to the facts immediately and went above and beyond the call of duty expeditiously. He spent countless hours going through confusing evidence, video surveillance and written statements that were riddled with perjured statements and false evidence and corrected a previous bad experience with a former Private Investigator hired by former legal counsel. He was able to spot needle in a haystack information that really solidifies his company name-HALO. He is an absolute God send and a master at his craft. Eddie Frankum is a consummate professional, gentleman, and made me feel safe which I have not felt since my Dateline NBC worthy nightmare first began. I was so blessed to have finally found the right Legal Team & his immaculate expertise in Private Investigation. He has an impressive list of titles he has accumulated throughout his career that he never will even mention. That's a true sign of someone that is not ego based or biased that truly cares about the quality of service and attention to detail, not pats on the back. He really cares about clients and it shows. He kept me, my Lawyer & her Legal Experts updated every step of the way. He was always vigilant, swift, calm, funny and really has the rare talent to spot Where's Waldo type of information that rebukes lies and false information with eagle eye precision. He was a relentless game changer for my case that resulted in a legendary win in an impossible case against many false witnesses and perjured statements that were very damaging during trial. He caught lies immediately and provided the video evidence with exact crucial moments for the jury to see that the opposition tried to suppress. He & My Lawyer absolutely destroyed the lies that were told under oath by elected officials, law enforcement and government employees which is extremely difficult to do. Negative experience: I have a friend who hired this company to help her son whom is in prison and very likely wrongfully so. She paid a substantial amount of money and Halo has rendered absolutely no services and no results. The payment was made long enough ago so time is not the reason for this incompetency. I myself have very pertinent information that could help with an investigation and I have made several attempts to contact Halo. I left a message in a voice mail in one of those attempts stating that if I did not hear from Halo I would put a bad review on Google. I was contacted the next day by the secretary and promised that I would receive a return call from the investigator. I have yet to receive the call and it has been months since then. I would not recommend hiring this company to my worst enemy.

Mr. Frankum takes time to listen and goes over things I never thought about. He was happy to hear my question and answer them. The results of Halos work was more than what I had hoped for. Negative experience: SCAM ALERT! Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT hire this scam artist to investigate anything pertaining to your love-one/family member's personal situation. I hired this guy back in February to retrieve a police file/full investigation pertaining to my Uncle's case. When meeting with him (Mr. Eddie Frankum) in his office, he did more talking about how we needed to hire him to do a full investigation on my uncle's case which would cost us 15.5k; what we originally went in to inquiry about was only going to cost 1,550.00. He went on and on about how he could do this and do that all for the betterment of my Uncle's case, to in return receive a 3875.00 dollar deposit TO DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! He literally scammed us! Before receiving the money he was so sure of what he could & would do and was adamant about how he had been successful previously. He was totally UNSUCCESSFUL AND VERY UNPRODUCTIVE! He lacks EFFORT, ETHICS, INTEGRITY, & the ability to COMMUNICATE. Not only did I NOT RECIEVE what would have only cost me 1550.50 originally, I'm screwed out of the 3875.00! Before receiving the payments he pulled the "Jesus card" to play on our emotions, to make it like he really had our best interest at heart, when in reality he was saying anything to seal the deal, get a fish on the hook! I just received an email from him tonight stating that he was not able to get the file and his second option to retrieve the file was not an successful attemp either. He went on to say that the only way he would be able to really assist us any further would be for us to continue paying him for the full investigation. He said that we needed to start making payments regularly or he would have to terminate the investigation. He is a money hungry SCANDALOUS SCAM ARTIST that will say anything to get your money from you! You are better off hiring an attorney who will work with an investigator of his/her choice instead! This man did NOTHING but recieve money, dodge my calls & emails then contacts me months later stating that he needs more money because what's been paid had already been exhausted! After not hearing from him for months I decided to look him up on the BBB's website where I found out that his business is not BBB accredited! He is also a former police officer with a criminal background! Believe me, A MOTHER OF 5, who does not have a cent to waste, THIS GUY IS NOT THE GUY FOR YOU! His ONLY concern and priority is to get your money! DON'T DO IT! #SCAMALERT

Negative experience: The owner's assistant is a vulgar and trashy woman who has no grasp of common courtesy. I don't know much about the rest of the establishment other than the owner is a former police chief who was indicted for a laundry list of crimes.
