Negative experience: Chuck is arrogant and unprofessional. His staff isn't friendly either. I strongly urge against using this place.

Negative experience: I just called to obtain his services as a process server and notary. He quoted me a price and then when I tried to repeat back to him what exactly that price included he said, "Jeez lady, I gave you the price already. Are you going to hire me or what?" I said "Nope, have a great day!" EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I would recommend ANYONE else.

Negative experience: Called to get quote and because I didn’t use Chuck right then and there he said he couldn’t help me. Very rude and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Our law firm used Wynne Investigations in November 2017 as a Process Server and were highly pleased with the results. We had same day turn around and the price was reasonable. We arranged it by phone, faxed the documents to Wynne, and paid by card over the phone. He called us that same day and said the papers had been served and paper confirmation will follow. I recommend them for similar needs. Thank you Wynne Investigations!

Negative experience: Don't step foot in this establishment unless you want to be treated like dirt by Chuck and have false accusations made against you. Was rude to me over the phone and extremely rude to my wife in person and over the phone. However I have been told Ronald is a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't go to this place if it was my only choice.
