Fantastic experience: Very nice gentleman helped me on the phone and answered all my questions. He was honest and upfront. He explained that what I needed was something different than what BGI could provide, and gave my advice on where to go/who to look up. Much appreciated!

Fantastic experience: I had to get fingerprinted for my name change and Chris was impeccable to work with. I missed my initial appointment on a Saturday and he graciously offered to reschedule for later in the day. The fingerprinting process was quick, painless, and Chris was very kind and easy to work with. Very professional and very detail oriented - something to appreciate when you're working with a bunch of government forms! 10/10, I would work with BGI again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking.

Fantastic experience: I used BGI to track down a car that I'd sent to an engine builder in June 2017. I had been told the car was ready back at the beginning of September 2017 but could never get the builder to ship the car back to me. Got Chris involved on Nov 22nd 2017 and the whole case was handled very professionally. Long story short I had the car back in my possession a week ago! Thanks Chris and team, I know this not have happened unless I'd engaged BGI!
