Negative experience: Had multiple orders that needed to be served and all affidavits were not given to me on time , affidavits were not met by deadline , very disappointing because customer service started out to be very nice but made the same mistake 3x & when I reached out to try to meet some type of compensation or a way for them to address the issue they did not reach back out which brought their customer service quality down . I would not suggest if you are out of state the server will wait until actual court date appearance to provide service of affidavit and you will show up in court without one

Fantastic experience: Krayer is the only Process Serving company I trust with my service requests in Scranton and the surrounding areas. While I personally have been using Krayer for 13 years now, my coworkers have used their services for decades. Fran and the staff are always more than willing to accommodate our requests, whether it be routine or expedited, a simple request or one that requires a little extra digging around to locate the individual. They are prompt with their responses and get our documents back to us in orderly fashion. I can't recommend them enough!

Negative experience: Wow. What a corrupt company. I would NEVER recommend them, as they have no moral compass!! "Most Trusted Process Servers in the State of Pennsylvania"- notice this is on their process service page. However, the servers they work with certainly don't live up to that!!
