This is Duztin Watson speaking. I am the owner of The RiP Security and Safety Group and the man who's arm you grabbed when you threatened to place me under citizens arrest for not listening to your odd and outlandish commands. The Luke Bryan concert brought in a crowd of roughly 20,000 people. We staffed hundreds of posts with reputable and pre-trained security personnel. Throughout the night we encountered roughly hundreds of situations requiring security, police, or EMT response. Of them, your situation stood out heavily. Mainly because of your arrogant and unkind demeanor to both patrons, security, and state police. Not only were you out of line for demanding we "go find a white guy in a camouflage hat," You refused to listen to any information or guidance provided. You were argumentative, combative, and hell bent on escalating the situation regardless of information given to you. Not only were you being belligerent, your son who admitted to punching the other person and only presenting injury to his knuckles (indicative of behaviors or actions justifying immediate removal from event property) was aggressive and incessantly threatening. He displayed a vulgar mouth and disgraceful behavior both in the presence of myself, patrons, and the state police. I would be embarrassed if my children spoke the way yours did that night. Your son made repeated threats of violence and spewed highly inappropriate remarks to the point of arrest being threatened after all deescalation attempts were unsuccessful in response to your public disruption. Now, following your socially unacceptable behaviors in public, both your son and some guy in a camouflage hats fight, and the subsequent removal of you and your party from the event. You decide to hop on my Google business profile and degrade and disparage what my team and I have worked so hard over the years to build? This doesn't surprise me in the least after getting even a small taste of your character in person. The main thing I would like the public to know is that we successfully staffed and secured all 20,000 patrons along with the Luke Bryan staff without a single catastrophic event or loss. Our team was able to help hundreds of people and maintain control of many unruly and intoxicated individuals to conjure a total event success. If your nasty and selfish review means the only one harmed is my name and my business then so be it. Better me and my business than even one member of the community. Life will place you in the exact spot you deserve John Lunt. Be a better human and community leader. If not for yourself, for your children.

Almost seven years in business and have provided thousands of jobs to hard working people. Countless lives saved and potentially violent situations deescalated safely. Giving back while building and scaling across the U.S. hardly seems like a joke. Nepotism is difficult to have in a systematic organization ran on a culture of standards; which we are. Brown nosing indicates you may have a problem with leader subordinate relationships and actively degrade people who strive to make their leadership proud. Our organization was founded on solid leader communication standards with multiple levels of management involved with each employee. We also make it a point to not make promises to employees as security is a dynamic and ever changing occupation. You are right about one thing though. There is certainly a lack of job security here. If you don’t meet the standard or perform your job correctly; if you’re morally or ethically askew; have a bad attitude or poor work ethic; if you fail to adapt to our cultural expectations of respect and professionalism…You will not be a part of our team.
