Fantastic experience: I respect that this man cares more about morals and ethics than hiring somebody to get money. He cares more about protecting someone potentially in danger and in this instance, definitely was in danger, then getting a quick buck. Negative experience: Trying to gather evidence for a child custody case and in my and our attorneys opinion this man sends us nothing usable on court and an invoice. You cannot prove anything with the limited scope and photos taken and the fact that he did not check further when he had ample opportunity speaks volumes. Will never use him again, I recommend seeing what he is offering before paying the invoice as ours wasn't usable for court.

Immediate response to my inquiry and after a few attempts with other investigators, RIS was able to track down a family friend for my parents, who moved to Europe over 35 years ago.
