Negative experience: First words out of Bob's mouth when I called was "I don't do prices". I told him I'm looking for someone I have never done this did I call the right type of agency, he told me "I don't to consultations" I asked did I call the wrong number, did I call a private number he said "I don't have time for this". He hung up on me after calling me a wise guy. I'm sure he is good at his job but only if he is looking for money, right now he is not.

Fantastic experience: Bob did a first-rate job. He worked persistently from the moment I called until he found my niece, a missing person. Bob works with the police very well and his numerous contacts until he solves the issue. I very highly recommend.him.

Fantastic experience: The best the best the best! I lost a valuable Item at the Boston Logan airport which was luckily secured by an apple airtag. An apple airtag makes it possible to track lost things. I left the country only when I arrived at the destination, I discovered the Item missing. Bob and his team of highly professional individuals tracked the item down and convinced the individual who forgot to turn the item into lost and found, to hand it over.
