Negative experience: Had a terrible experience getting background checks from this company. Avoid giving them your business at any cost. They messed up my wife's background check required for teachers license. The front desk person kept telling us week after week that it should be done in a weeks time. It has been over a month since the last call I made. They never bothered to call me or email me with an update. This place operates like a scam. Take your business somewhere else.

Negative experience: A total SCAM!!! DON'T GIVE HIM A PENNY, as he took $6250 from me and done nothing!!!!

Negative experience: I walked in and was nice enough to wait for someone to assist me instead of just wondering around. After waiting for a half hour patiently, I said forget it and walked out. I called prior to going and they said they accepted walk-ins. Obviously not when the door makes noise when you walk in and you hear guys talking about felonies in another room close by. I found another place to go and was in and out within 15 minutes.

Negative experience: Called the Twinsburg office and made an appt for 12pm. I show up to my appt around 12:05 and no one was there? A random guy working across the hall informed me the lady who I made my appt with LEFT FOR THE DAY. She didn’t even have the decency to call and cancel before I came in!! What makes it worse the man said she left OVER AN HOUR before my appt so there’s absolutely no reason I never got a call or anything. I drove over 20 mins there just to have to drive another 40 mins to Akron anyways. Absolutely unprofessional and the lady was rude on the phone as well so I’m not surprised.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. I feel like I was scammed. The customer service was just terrible and I would never recommend them to anyone. I took my business elsewhere.
