Positive experience: Nice people

Negative experience: Owners are pretty much the worst. Cant reach them if i need them. They argue and talk down to clients as well as employees. They dont pay their employees on time and if they do there is a substantial amount missing. That's why they are under investigation by the state and federal government. Take your business else where.

Negative experience: Terrible at investigating. hired them for a child custody case. Provided them address and they couldn't locate the home. They said PI's GPS was broke in his car. PI spent 3 hours on my dime to go to the post office to get directions, what a joke. We hired them for night surveillance but they didn't take any photos because the PI didn't have a night vision camera. Got nothing for the money spent except a lot of excuses. Rip off save your money and don't use them. Very unprofessional. Was told person under surveillance was not at work for them to tail home as hired to do. Called and he answered the phone at work. All we got was a picture of the home's mailbox. Owner told us the PI was ex special ops. What a joke. Special ops had to go to the post office to get directions???
