Fantastic experience: Krissy and her team were outstanding in supporting my divorce to confirm suspected bad behavior in my ex... and were undetected over 5+ months of regular surveillance! Made my decisions much easier and were extremely helpful in the courtroom and in depositions... caused unexpected confessions. Well worth the $ if you are unsure if divorce is the right path for you or to improve your legal case if divorce is a given fact.

Negative experience: After contacting Mrs. Morrison for a refund of the remainder of the $1500 retainer, I never received a response and multiple phone calls were ignored. After about a month with 4 follow ups, no response was ever returned. She simply took my money, had 2 investigators work two nights with no results and when I reached out to cancel, she confirmed and when asked about a refund on the difference (not what I used) she said she would look into and never responded after that.

Negative experience: This agency assigned a investigator who got caught red handed and rather than play it cool she acted nervous and unsure which prompted a family member to call and leave a message about a suspicious person lurking about. Also I was repeatedly pressured for a schedule for a retired person who had no schedule. It’s like the investigators wanted to quickly check things out then head home for the evening. This was the biggest waste of money and I’m currently looking for a more professional and trustworthy agency to handle my case.

Fantastic experience: Great people to work with, they provided me with great in depth information. Fast and accurate. Within a couple hours they had an investigator assigned to my case and on the job ready to do what they do best. Highly recommend this agency. Thank you for your outstanding service.
