Jensen Investigations

Negative experience: I chose Jason because of the stellar reviews here, and because he came highly recommended from a family member. I am flabbergasted at the disparity between my experience working with him and all of the praise in these reviews. The service I received from Jason was downright terrible, and it was so contradictory to what I had read and heard from my own family member. After signing with Jason, I had to reach out to him a week later to even confirm anything had been done. Then I had to reach out to him again 12 days later for an update only to realize he hadn't even done the most basic and important investigative task yet! When we were discussing his services he ensured he would provide regular updates, but I had to call him and ask for an update nearly every single time. He did not proactively update me until I chewed him out for being unresponsive. I literally had to remind him to do things he said he was going to do, and even had to come up with investigative ideas to pursue. I honestly felt like I was doing more work than he was on this case. I shared information with him that he could never locate in his inbox and that he would forget about. He seemed completely disorganized and disengaged. This review has nothing to do with the fact that the investigation didn't uncover anything—I went into it knowing that was a very likely outcome. It has everything to do with the horrible service I received. I would have been better off burning the $2,000 I spent on him in my fire pit for warmth this winter. Nope, not spam. The above would be a heck of a fabrication for spam.

Fantastic experience: A son went through a nasty mess of a divorce. Mr. Jensen was professional, involved, and caring. His ethics and integrity are definitely needed in today's climate. He "rescued" us with information for our case and came to court hearings, even though he did not have to be there. He is dependable, conscientious, and very kind as well. We would recommend him to everyone.
