Fantastic experience: I needed to find and serve papers for a small claims summons. Eryn found the person and was able to serve papers within a couple of days. I have never had to do this before and Eryn made the process simple and painless.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your money. Made first payment and was told that she was confident that she could find the person I was looking for. Was solicited for a second payment and I expressed concern that so far nothing had been found and I did not have a lot of money but was again told that she was ‘confidant’. Needless to say got exactly zero for the 500 plus spent. I was told refunds are never issued even tho I was mislead about the ability to find the person I was looking for. Then to add insult to injury was told it was my fault nothing was found. In the end found the person MYSELF for 25$ using online service. Some investigator.
