Negative experience: They never seem to answer the phone and you need a code to get into the area so you can’t walk in.
Hello Crysta, I apologize for not taking your call I was working mobile service in San Marcos. I tried to call you back but you didn't answer. We don't accept walk-ins due to the mobile services that makes us unavailable. All you have you do is leave a message on Google, or my website requesting a call back. Fantastic experience: Great service! I have difficulty getting my fingerprints done, but Jorge was very helpful. Just call ahead for an appointment. He did accommodate me without one very quickly. Would use his services again anytime!

Fantastic experience: Made an appt. before looking at reviews, it is in a residential neighborhood and Jorge works out of his house. Extremely friendly, quick and helpful. The whole process for a LiveScan took about 15 minutes.
