Fantastic experience: After their name came highly recommended, I hired TacOps Shadow to serve papers. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service, tech savvy capabilities, reasonable fees, and timely response I received. Matt was readily available throughout the entire process and immediately informed me of the progress on my case as it occurred. Live video footage and the ability to scan and send documents via email was extremely helpful as it alleviated the need for additional meeting times. This was great for my busy schedule. Lastly, I have to add that Matt went above and beyond in writing a thorough recollection of events which were included on the affidavit. If I am ever in the need for such services again, I will definitely be hiring TacOps Shadow again!

Not only were they responsive (called me back within 30 minutes), they were very proactive in processing my request on such short notice and very sensitive to my needs. Fantastic experience: Great company to use. I just had them do any in-home security assesment and also had them set up security cameras in my house. Being a single mom, I was concerned about the safety of me and my kids, after someone broke into our house (thankfully we were gone at the time)... But now I can watch any security camera live, or play it back to about 2 weeks!! Also, the guy that came to do the home security assesment, did a walk through with me AND my kids... to know what to do and where to go (or hide) until help is on the way.
