Negative experience: Joseph was extremely rude to me. I don't recommend this company

Negative experience: We were hired by Joseph and TN Court services in Knoxville TN to serve 1 paper at 1 address. We received the documents to be served on a Friday afternoon, and the defendant was served within 72 hours, personally in hand. The issue was not the service or business transaction. He was outragousely rude to my female employee and then after I addressed that, he left me a bad review. Turnabout is fair play!

Fantastic experience: I live out of state and required personal service in Knoxville, TN. Tennessee Court Services was the only process service company to respond to my email quotes. Not only that, but they did so the same day. Their communication is stellar. When I had to escalate the service to a rush, they were able to complete personal service the same day. They also copied the affidavit of service the same day. As a customer and a former process server, I highly recommend this company.
