Fantastic experience: I was assisted by Amber Finley for an out of state serve from Georgia. Ms. Finley was unparalleled in her professionalism and flexibility, and she ensured that our Defendant was served promptly, within the SOL, and on extremely short notice. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Negative experience: Taped papers on my house even after I told them the person they are trying to serve has not lived at this address for years . Will be returning certified mail. Clearly don’t listen and rude as can be!

Negative experience: If I could put ZERO stars I would. This company trespassed on my property, trying to stalk my friend. I have trespassing signs posted, & visible. They violated my personal rights, on my property. Not to mention lied. They aren't even BBB accredited & I see why. They literally broke the law to bully me. Do better!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Amber was excellent to work with! We needed service and we are located in another state. After getting stiffed by a different process server (payment made, then no service, and no response), it was refreshing and comforting how quickly Amber got to work and responded to our needs. She was timely in reporting back to us the details of her attempts. Unfortunately, we have a defendant dodging service with others enabling that. Amber quickly provided in perfect detail all that we needed to request alternate service from the court. We highly recommend Nalley Private Investigations!!
