Negative experience: Honestly, I wouldn't even give them a star. Hired this guy, two grand up front...three weeks went by, no phone calls, no email, nothing. Called and called, he hadn't even started. Got two pics. One of which he said he was sitting watching person of interest put their kids on a bus but when the bus drove off, she was gone. Didn't know crackheads had magic powers to vanish in am instant. We had a custody case coming up and after I told him about him being useless and how he took our money and gave us zero...never heard a single thing back from him. Constantly asking us to set person of interest up for him to follow. Sorry guy, we handed you two grand, why are we doing your job? This guy has too many cases and he's one man. Do not let him swindle you like he did us! Literally useless when a child's well being was on the line.
We have been in business for the past 15 years and one of the hardest cases is that involving Grandparents. They do not understand that we must wait the process out as far as gathering the evidence and then going to court. They want it right now!! Which when we have our free consultation about their case; we go over that and that there are several emotions that they will be going through up and down like a roller coaster. Plus, since they have contact with the person that we are conducting the surveillance on, we ask that the client provide us with some insight on the whereabouts of the individual. In this case, the person did not have a vehicle and was either walking on foot or hitching a ride to go wherever. So, when we ask the client to let us know when they give the person money on their cash appt or wait until, we get close to their location so that we can be prepared to watch the residence or be at the location where the person may be, and the client doesn’t. They sent the money then 30 minutes later told the investigator. I am assuming that they wanted us to “waste” their time and money by just sitting on the residence until something may or may not happen. Which we did because that is what the client wanted, and the results were not favorable in the client’s favor. When the client says that the person is going to be here or there, and we go there and sit for 2 hours at each spot and the person doesn’t show up and we are in constant communication with the client; That is not anyone’s fault but the person we are watching. We can’t make the individual responsible enough to take care of the child when they are supposed to. It isn’t the fault of the investigator if the parent doesn’t show for the child’s Doctor appointment. When the client tells us to be at the residence because the person is going to take the children to school in the vehicle that they borrowed and then the children walk out to the street and get on the bus. Again, that is not anyone’s fault. For whatever reason the person decided to let the children ride the bus. And after the 2nd time of the person doing that why waste the client’s money and time?
