Negative experience: WATCH OUT! Process server lied and filed false Returns of Service with the court (3rd degree felony)...doorbell camera shows her on my porch for 19 seconds and walking away..."dropped papers at feet after refusing to accept in-hand service"...and they can't "substitute service" if a person doesn't even live there.

Negative experience: Wasted of money and time. Clearly isn't detail oriented as we gave 2-3 addresses of the person we've been trying to serve they took $150 from us 2 times over the past year. All 3 addresses are all in Orange County on the same neighborhood but instead went on a wild goose chase and tried to server a random person in miami which had a similar name. We even paid for a sit and watch surveillance but obviously when you are looking in the wrong part of the state you are probably not going to find results. After over a year of frustration I spent 2 hours finding their current address, the schools their children go and where their ex wife lives. Not to mention during this year this person has had TWO active court cases IN the same county. Not sure where my attorney found this process server but it's pretty sad that I can spend less than 2 hours finding all the information using free google searches and a professional who should be an expert at finding people should know the difference between someone with a similar name vs the actual person. I'm embarrassed that I've been represented to the court system due to this negligence. I've now hired my own private investigator to actually get somewhere.
