Negative experience: I wish I could rate them a 0. The trend on these reviews speaks for itself, poorly investigated, created issues for my daughter at her school over a lazy and pathetic “investigation” on a residency case. They may have never heard of a divorce and or joint custody. Stay away from them at all cost

Negative experience: Terrible! They say I don’t live where I obviously have been living for 4 years now. My kids start school on Thursday and it is Monday. Nothing resolved yet. I have called…no answer! I have been emailing for 2 weeks and no responses!

Negative experience: They have incorrect information about my residency. I've been calling and emailing for a week and no response. I haven't been able to register my child in school because of this .I'm not the only parent dealing with this in our school district.

Negative experience: They did investigation on me and got it wrong and now my life is flipped upside down bc they said I moved but I'm still here. They literally could've knocked on my door, I work from home. Do better! Bare minimum this company should resolve it instead of inconveniencing me to fix your inaccurate investigation.

Fantastic experience: Many people expect investigations to be rapid and that’s when you get handed sloppy work! National Investigations not only did a residency and wellness check on my child but they also help us get custody of another child whom was being battered. I’ve also had them serve court papers and everything was done in a timely manner. There professional levels was amazing and even the communications throughout all the cases. I do recommend this firm
