Negative experience: Keith Kirby got about $145000 （ for investigation fee)from me.and Keith Kirby got nothing done. And no way to get my money back. If you do business Keith Kirby make sure you have a written contract.

Fantastic experience: My son accidentilly put a bad review on here. Please ignore it. He is an outstanding private investigator.

Negative experience: I would give him a negative 100 if i could. This thing went on for weeks and he took my monet. Ignored my text messages. Run dont walk. He will take your money and not do anything. They should take his license.Please choose someone else. Thiis is like my worse nightmare. And he kept my letter that was supposed to be delivered. Im waiting for a call from the licencing board. I talked to another private investugator in the area. He said he was just stringing me along. I want my money back and my package. He is the worse private investigator there is.

Fantastic experience: Keith Kirby is amazing. Very professional as well. He helped me find my car that someone stole from me. She ran from Florida to Michigan and he did everything he could and he got the work done. I recommend this company specifically Keith to anyone who needs investigator work done! I would give 1 million stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: I hired Keith Kirby with Shamus Group to assist me in finding a relative who was adopted as a small child. Keith was very responsive, stayed in constant contact with me, and offered to go above and beyond his scope of work without additional charge. He even offered to make personal contact with this relative, if I wanted him to do so. My relative did not respond to my correspondence, which really has nothing to do with Keith. So, I'm leaving things alone for now but I can say that Keith did everything in his power to find detailed information about my relative. I would recommend Shamus Group to anyone looking for a hands on investigator who will e-mail you (even in the middle of the night!) to keep you informed as to his progress regarding your case.
