Negative experience: The owner, Lorri Gayle, told us we could either give them the keys and get out the personal property or pay 50 dollars to get the personal property back if we also wanted to keep the car key. Then, she asked for $2500 on the spot while pressuring us that she wouldn't wait around. Along with saying the car would be sent to auction by the next day.... so if we wanted the car, pay up. After she showed up 10 minutes later than she told us to be there. Shotty business practice, and when asked for a business card or website, they could not provide either. This is not a side hustle I would trust.

Negative experience: Do NOT trust this company. I had damages done to my vehicles while in their possession and they refuse fix it. They make you sign a form BEFORE you get possession of your car to avoid any liability. This is how they justify fault. They are very rude and dismissive. Please do NOT trust the people or this company.

Positive experience: Quick and courteous, a little on the expensive side but make up with the great service.
