Negative experience: Hello, I’m not sure if this is the right place where I’m supposed to leave this review. We took a card from one of those people who stand outside the courthouse in San Bernardino. After being harassed. Every time we went through the main entrance of the court. At first me at the pleasure to meet Daisy then Emily and finally sit down with LETICIA TAMAYO. We told her that we needed to submit a response to the court. My Friend was sent back to court on an emergency Expertae, Also, we explained to her that the other party was in contempt of the court, and we needed to file that separately. We did understand that it was two separate things when it was criminal. One was family court, she went ahead to tell us that the response was in the paperwork was gonna cost us $250. When we gave her the packet that needed to be filled out for the content form. She said this was going to be a little extra because it’s different. It’s criminal. It’s a lot more. We asked her how much more she said $500. We didn’t take too long to decide we said OK. Go ahead. She explained to us that it was $500 because she was going to expedite and really push these papers forward to the court. Fill out to everything that she needed to do for us to get the other party sub peanut, and hopefully to get a court date in March. Furthermore, we have the court date for Family Court. We did see that the other person had been subpoena or given other papers. The court they came, and it left about nine or 10 days later. We call the court to ask if the papers have been filed for the contempt, they told us no. We were upset. We paid $500. Nobody had called my Friend back to explain to her that they needed documents. Text messages emails anything for the contempt form to be filed into criminal court. At first Leticia is very pleasant. I guess you can say very outspoken, but she seems to place more dedication and talking about what she has material things, her Harleys and her Mercedes, which. If I was scamming people out of $500. I can expect her to have these things I guess. Anyways, today we called 2/4/25 which this all started in 1/20/25 we had been calling, Miss Leticia couldn’t leave voice message cause Voice Mail, I don’t. She never returned her phone calls. She never replied to her text messages. She never updated my Friend on what was going on or what she needed from her, so when we called her on her. She became irritated blue. Both of us off cut us off. Wouldn’t let us say anything, and her solution to this was. Do you just want your money back. The whole thing was just frustrating She just let the days go by and never contacted my Friend never answer. The phone never replied, never saw to explain and elaborate exactly what she needed for my Friend so that she can file this contempt packet that cost us $350 more than what we had agreed on the first time when we got to her.
