Negative experience: If you're a process server, require they pre-pay before accepting service. Just saying.

Negative experience: This man followed myself and my children around for weeks. He parked in front of my home on several occasions. I came home from working 12 hours and he was at my neighbors front door. Upon getting out of my vehicle he approached me in my driveway and called me by a name that wasn’t mines. I told him sir I do not know that person. Assuming he’s used to being lied to, he ASSUMED I was lying. I told him he could run my license plate and get my correct identity, he said he would but would still not leave. I proceeded to call the police on him because he would not allow me to leave my home, stating “I’m not leaving until you take these papers.” Once the police identified me they made him leave however I don’t feel it was ok for him to stalk and harass me. I called the business where he works and Chris Wayhan the “owner” was VERY rude and did not care whatsoever about the situation. He told me “well that’s just what we do. Ppl lie to us all the time” tht has nothing to do with me however I was humiliated in front of all of my neighbors.
