Negative experience: No longer in business

Fantastic experience: I needed a reliable company to quickly serve a business court papers, and Snoops was on it. Joshua, the owner, was quick to respond, set up an appointment, and take care of the paperwork and have it notarized. In a stressful situation, I appreciated his professionalism, optimistic demeanor, and ability to accommodate to a client's schedule. If I am in need of these services again, he will be the first I call.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service, great communication, friendly service. They had the job completed within 24 hours of contact. Really appreciated how prompt and professional they were in communicating and completing the time sensitive job ON TIME. Great people to work with, I'll be using their services every time I have something in in the area. Thanks guys!!

Fantastic experience: This investigator is very courteous and knowledgeable. He has the gum needed in gumshoe. If you need someone reliable in southern Washington, look no further. You will not be disappointed in the services Josh has to offer.

Negative experience: I hired this man thinking he did much more surveillance for what I paid. I found more information on my own spending $40.00 then he did in three weeks. In my opinion, I wasted my money. Having to tell an investigator how to perform his job(common sense), is pathetic. I will never recommend him
