Negative experience: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY RUDE! I called trying to confirm a billing address while I was doing my job for the company that I work at and the male person who answered my phone call the first time he hung up on me. I called the second time and the same person answered again, he raised his voiced at me and I told him that there was no need to be rude, He said in a rudely tone of voice and in a negative way: "I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THIS MA'AM, I AM IN A HURRY". I told him that it was not my fault and to have a great day. He then said "YEAH, BYE". There was no need to be rude I was just doing my job. You could've been polite and professional. Fantastic experience: Mikolajewski and Associates helps keep my car lot safe and secure. We had a rash of theft issues for many months in the evening and decided to hire security for the lot. I have cameras all over, but they only recorded the issues happening. This company has stopped the issues! They have been very professional, responsive and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!
