Negative experience: Them and us! They treat surveillance people very bad because company focuses on SIU. New England managers are very weak and puts personal issues over their work force. Run fast from this company. PLEASE RESPECT YOURSELF AND WORK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY! CAROL CZAPAS has no concept of teamwork or respect for the Surveillance Investigator.

Negative experience: G4S compliancy is virtually non existent because they do not respond. Ever. The only reason. People know they name, G4S Compliance, because they're told they can utilize it to protect themselves but I can swear under oath they do not.

Positive experience: Understanding and compassionate interviewer

Negative experience: Investigator Shawn Phillips is a joke. He lied to my insurance adjuster, made false accusations, and was not cooperating with my wife and I. No matter what we said, he said we were lying. We went out of our way to help him with his investigation and even provided information so he didn’t have to go through the process of getting a search warrant. It still wasn’t enough. He made a scene at the Memphis Police Station tonight when I tried to FREELY hand over some call logs. He said they weren’t good enough for him. He asked for a months worth before our house fire and a month afterwards; I gave him OVER 6 months worth. I will be filing a complaint with his bosses in the morning and filing a notice with the local authorities for a no contact order.
