Fantastic experience: I went to accupoint labs and was treated respectfully and attentively to my needs on a hair follicle test and was wonderfully satisfied with my results. Fantastic experience: Wish I could give 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff was amazing! They made a very uncomfortable situation very easy! They explained to me the whole proses of the hair follicle and made sure I was comfortable with the place they took the sample from so it wouldn’t ruin my haircut.. so friendly and made u feel like they really cared about your situation! Which makes things easier!! They made sure to tell me that they knew this was my “life”at stake! I will refer Accupoint Labs to everyone! Plus they were the cheapest in 3 counties but I would’ve paid extra just for the experience! Thank y’all keep making people feel like are people instead of just a number!

Negative experience: Tried to go here for my employee drug test, man was that a mistake. The outside looks super ghetto and sketchy. There was a camper outside it looked like someone was living in it. Tried to go in, during regular business hours (one hour before close), and the door was locked. Tried calling the number on the sign twice and it went straight to voicemail once, then the second time it just rang until I got to voicemail. If you need a drug test, DO NOT go here.
Your a first, Outside is Super Ghetto lol, The Camper outside is the property owners personal camper and i assume they can have what they desire on their property parked,2nd, You may have tried to come in while we was at lunch, and i apologize that your call went to voicemail,It happens sometimes.You must be SKETCHED out yourself since you like to be un professional and use that word.We do Drug Testing for alot of Major corporations and its odd that your the only one with a issue.Hope your day is good and you find more productive things to do besides try to bash someones business when you know nothing.
