Fantastic experience: I had never needed or used a Private Investigator prior to contacting Todd at Talon Investigative Services. Even though I had already spoken to 3 other companies prior to calling and speaking with Todd, I knew immediately he was the one that I would hire during our first conversation; I was so grateful and relieved with the empathy he displayed over my very stressful situation that I had been dealing with for months. He thoroughly explained his process, fees and clearly defined the expectations with what I needed him to investigate. Not only did he accomplish what he said he would do, but he actually went above and beyond what I originally hired him to do. He kept me in the loop with every single detail during the investigation with phone calls, texts and emails. He made himself available multiple times for last minute calls with my attorney and I and he provided every single thing my attorney requested from him. His investigation was a HUGE part of the successful ending to my situation and I can't stress enough that based on my experience with Todd, you can feel confident that he'll be the same with you and your situation! Fantastic experience: There’s so many great things i can say about Todd that its hard to know where to start! I have been dealing with a very tough situation for months and was experiencing hair lost and a lack of sleep for a while, i had tried to work with other professionals in this field but it seemed like no one really cared too much to even hear me out or much less help. I finally was lucky to contact Todd with a last minute situation or an emergency i guess you could say and he not only allowed me to tell him the whole story but he also was able to help me right away since he knew i was working in a small window of time! I first contacted him at 10:25 am on a Thursday and he had my problem taken care of by at exactly 1 pm that same day! For the first time in 7 months i was able to get a full night of sleep that day! I recommend him 100% he is not only great at his job but also very good at communicating and understand what each person wants, needs and is going through!
