Negative experience: I'm surprised this guy can find his way home at night. Total waste of money. No refunds on deposit. Obviously or he would starve. Don't call these guys

Negative experience: Completely worthless. Brags about being retired fbi agent so he can get any info. But didn't do anything. Paid 2000 bucks for nothing. No refunds.

Fantastic experience: We have used Ciccotti & Buckley, LLC and they are ALWAYS completely professional to our staff, and most importantly to our clients. Their professionalism easily sets the standard for their field of expertise and the results our clients have been able to broker from the information discovered, at their helm, makes hiring them worth every penny!

Negative experience: Very disappointed. For my $4,500, they scanned my phone and IPad, WHICH I TOLD THEM HAD ALREADY BEEN DEALT WITH A YEAR PRIOR. Not surprisingly, their scan turned up nothing. Did not address areas of concern-advice was to create a new email, and change passwords. I even gave them name and address of person receiving items illegally charged to my account-NOTHING. Most expensive mistake I have ever made.

Negative experience: Be Aware your getting about to get scammed !!! I met with A retired FBI agent and The owner Formerly Coastal Virginia Investigations. I explained my situation in depth and was assured the hacking of my email account could be accounted for. After an examination of my desktop and personal phone it was proven I did not hack my own account and send the emails in question. Good investigative work guys. I paid $ 2,850.00. I get a phone call that I owe an additional 3k for the forensic services provided. I received nothing more than a $30.00 background check and confirmation that I didn’t email from my devices the emails in question and an additional debt of 3750.00 with no assurance more money would not be needed. If you retain there services be prepared for exuberant cost, lack of performance and unscrupulous Buisness practices. It is clearly evident this Buisness is run by retired government employees were results and budgets are not priorities.
