Fantastic experience: Jess was very responsive and helpful during a desperate time to locate an asset. Those are definitely qualities you want in an investigator. Especially when it’s a time sensitive matter. I would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Mr. Sapalicio, kept giving me the run around every time I tried to get a hold of him to meet up in person to discuss a background check I needed on an individual. I told him to check this person's phone numbers and an email address to see if anything would pop up on his system and he said he would send me the results soon. Well it turns out his subscription to run the background checks expired the day he was going to run this individual's email address!! How hard is it to type someone's email address on your background check system/service to see if any matches come up?? I ended up having to hire another P.I. to run the background check on this person's email address and got the results I was looking for!! For the record, I did pay Mr. Sapalicio to run a background check for me as shown in the screen shot down below.

Fantastic experience: I’ve hired jess several times over the past three years due to an on going child custody Battle. As you can imagine after a recent separation I didn’t not have a ton of money, but jess was more than happy to suggest ways to prioritize my investigation to get the most out of my budget. Two of the three times I have used jess for surveillance he has brought back incredible video capturing exactly what I was hoping to. Considering the fact that jess is an investigator not a magician and can not make my ex make mistakes in public view or even step out of her house at the time is have hired him, I’d say 2 out of 3 is probably as close to A 100% success Rate as you can get in his industry.

Fantastic experience: I was recently in need of a background check on a resident of McAllen, TX. Not being a resident of Texas myself and never having needed a background check done, I was at a loss of how to go about this process. So, I did a Google search for investigators in the area. J. Sapalicio Investigations was the first that I found. I looked at their website and they seemed very professional. So, I took a shot and emailed them. SO glad that I did!! The owner (Jess) got back to me right away. He was extremely helpful from the very beginning and explained the process to me very clearly. I very quickly felt comfortable that this was the agency that I needed. Jess got to work on my case right away and updated me very regularly as to his findings. He answered every question I had very clearly and quickly. He was also able to wrap up the case for me in a fast and efficient manner. He's also a really kind, respectful and compassionate guy. And... his fee was very reasonable! I really can't recommend J. Sapalicio Investigations highly enough! They are absolutely great and I was very lucky to have found them!
