Negative experience: They'll give you a reach around and not clean up

Fantastic experience: Allen's has been in business since 1994 never a problem with any clients or lending institutions. People need to be careful making statements with out factual information!

Negative experience: This company are a bunch of crooks, so 5hey come to my home at 12:30 at night hook up my daughter's Chrysler 200 and everything. As we are in the home we here them pulling out well go outside. Sir what the hell are you doing. Ma'am I am repossessing your property for none payment. Sir are you sure you have the right address. Ma'am I dojt nake thosr kind of mistakes. Sir you need to check the VIN. THE whole time we are standing behind his truck. Ma'am if you don't move I'm calling 5he police, little did he know my other daughter has already called l. Police pull up orders the driver out of the truck, and I had to doesn't with the other officer to give my story. While giving the information. The police officer goes over checks the VIN in the door and the windshield, as the officer approaches he tells the REPO DUMMY, not only are you at the wrong house but this VIN does not match the paperwork. So as he proceeds to take the vehicle off the truck he dunts the door on the driver's side and damages the bottom of my 3 week old car. IF YOU DONT HAVE A DEGREE, ALLEN'S US THE PLACE TO BE!

Fantastic experience: GREAT COMPANY TO USE TO REPOSES A VEHICLE. ANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS LEFT ARE FROM PEOPLE WHO DON'T MAKE THEIR PAYMENTS. I USED THIS COMPANY PLENTY OF TIMES AND I APPRECIATE THEIR WORK. THANK YOU

Negative experience: Avoid this place at all cost, it’s family owned but no one knows who set up my appointment, ok...... and then they “misplaced” my personal belongings out of my car I’m having to file a police report.its no wonder they have a F rating with the BBB. A true disgrace to all black owned businesses

Fantastic experience: I am from out of town so I did shop around, Allen's Recovery are fair on their prices and don't have hidden fees like many other companies do. I'm greatful to have found them before I got stuck with anyone else. Hardworking team, thanks guys.

Negative experience: Very rude, disrespectful company. They will give you the run around and can't get a full story out of them. They lie and steal. I hope someone gets them put out of buisness. Very disgusting people
