Negative experience: Worst security guard service ever… They will find any excuse to not come out to the apartments and do their job. They do not provide a sense of security and lack professionalism. If I could give this 0/10 I would.
That's your opinion. Sorry you didn't like the answer for your call. We are not obligated to provide services outside contracted hours. And you don't pay for us to be there. So you have no rights to demand that we do anything. But thanks for the one star we appreciate it. If you dont like how things are done on apartments, maybe go get a house. Oh and let's clarify this call. You giving a 1-star because people are enjoying the pool and playing music on a holiday. And supposedly smoking weed outside. And tell us how to do our job. Which you know nothing about our job or what we are contracted to do on this property.
Fantastic experience: We have worked with this company at our apartments and they are always helpful and know our residents. We can count on assistance with any problems. We also had a Halloween event for the kids at the apartments hosted by them.
