Negative experience: i use this company service for 10 years, and they use many reason don't allow you cancel the service, and their contract automatically renew every three years, and if call for cancel service they will hang up your phone, worst service i never seen

Negative experience: Stay away from this company and Steve Ghermazian, he won’t accept my cancellation after having the alarm system since 2014, I’ve been dealing with this since 2018, the contract is made for you to be with the company for ever!
