Fantastic experience: Great service with a quick response time. We have used Claims Investigation for our background check for years.

Negative experience: My business affiliation with this agency started out great but has ended on a very sour note. They hired our firm to do online research on their behalf a few months ago. The first two months we had no issue whatsoever, however they have since cancelled our service and have not paid a substantial amount for their last two invoices. At this point it is an ethical issue for me and I would proceed with caution when using this agency.
