Fantastic experience: Amazing service. I'm never needed to have legal documents served before and didn't know where to begin. Alert answered my numerous questions, served my summons within 48 hours and even filed it with the court for me. They did so at an extremely reasonable cost. Excellent customer service.

Fantastic experience: Good place

Negative experience: This is a very unprofessional security company. The owner/operator of the company Chris Yerkes, allows clients to back out of contracts for services with total disregard to his employees or the families that depend on those wages. Training and qaulifications for armed and unarmed guards is laughable at best, the majority of it being YouTube videos. Firearms training and self defense tactics are non existant. The only equipment provided is a uniform shirt and hat. Guards must provide their own firearms and duty equipment. No benefits of any kind are provided. Non competitive wages from $10 to $11 an hour, and you get paid once a month on the 5th. If you're a security professional or a customer looking for qaulity guards, you're better off with a different company.
